How do i open a return? 

Please visit the contact page and find our address, send the parcel along with the order number and we can issue a full refund upon its return. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size/style you can leave a note in the parcel, or send us a message to let us know. 

What shipping carrier do you use? 

We use royal mail 48 (2 day) parcel service for all of our orders which is completely free and included with your order. We also offer a royal mail 24 next day service at a low extra cost. These are all tracked, with the tracking information being sent to the email provided. 

What size am i?

Although all of our items are generally uniform in size, some sizes may differ. Please check the sizing information on the item page to make sure you find the correct fit!

Can i collect my order physically?

Yes you can! we are located in Stockport UK, please see our contact page and let us know if you want to come and collect so we can let you in the building. 

How do i cancel my order? 

Please let us know as soon as possible and we will ensure that the item isn't dispatched, if the item has already been dispatched you will need to return it to us in order to be refunded

Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Yes, we regularly send discount codes to our customers! make sure you add your email address when you order to ensure you receive these
